Trying logging out of your DJI account on all devices. Reboot mobile device being used to connect to RC and then log back in to DJI account. Open DJI Fly App and see if that fixes the issue.

Happened to me today. Log out and reboot didn't fix it. Turned out to be the VPN. Once I switched it off, I rebooted the ipad and all worked.
