Friends of the Phantom 3. I rarely use my Drone. 3 months ago I took it out to fly and I see that the images have "white dots and lines" What could have happened?.
I have cleaned the camera with a lens cloth and the problem does not resolve.
Any guidance or advice?

That looks like a problem with a camera cable - the flat ribbon cable.

I will check tomorrow in daylight. It is now 8:38 pm.
I guess it is the cable that connects the camera with the drone.

I removed the filter that the camera brings and the white dots are no longer there.
This tells me that I have to buy another filter.

The fault shown in the photos will not have been caused by the filter. But you may have moved the camera flat cable in doing so, so check the cable is fully inserted at both ends.

Sin embargo, mi memoria no me había recordado que el Dron, debido a un mal manejo, rozó una pared, perdió su estabilidad y comenzó a caer, rozando contra la pared.
Logré reducir el golpe al suelo, a pesar de que las hélices me cortaron el brazo, impidiendo que estallara. 3 pines separados de los amortiguadores de goma, del cardán.
Pero el cable plano, supuestamente, no tiene ningún problema.
Sin embargo, desconecté y volví a conectar los cables que muestro en la elipse
Creo que puede ser la culpa.

You can try and put the filter back and see if the problem returns.
