May we know before this issue happened to your DJI Mini 2 did the said DJI Drone ever encounter a crash or hard landing? Kindly please try to restart the drone and check the firmware for the drone if it is on it's latest one and kindly please try to recalibrate the gimbal of the said DJI drone once again to see if the issue will still persist. If the issue persists, I would recommended for you to contact our DJI Support Team at https://www.dji.com/support for us to be able to assist you further with regards to this matter.
