My SPARK Drone can't take-off due to "ESC" Issue?? Even after power down/power up, nothing. It reads ABNORMAL , and I believe I seen another message like ESC & "Part 4"??  I don't know what's going on...I'm green ..this is like ASTRONAUT MATHEMATICS IN HEIROGLYPHICS (sp?) I'm watching all the tutorials I can but any help is greatly appreciated. I'm hoping someday I'll look back at this and laugh, but right now I wanna tear my hair out. Thank you to those who are helping me navigate this app and for helping me get started.

Hi, sorry to hear about the issue, please try to refresh the drone by DJI Assistant 2 and check if the error persists. If yes, you may need to send the drone back for repair.
