Hi there, sorry to read about the issue. Please download the latest DJI Fly app V1.4.8 from the official website https://www.dji.com/uk/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly and test again.
Please try to use a different connecting cable or another mobile device that is listed on the compatibility list to confirm if the issue is related to the mobile device, the connecting cable, or other issues. Thank you[view_image]
