DJI OM4 Audio not playing

I recently purchased the DJI OM4 and recorded some footage in the mimo app on my new Samsung Galaxy S21. However, once I transferred the video to laptop the audio is no longer attached. When I tried uploading the video into my editing software, Shotcut, I faced the same issue. It seems the only way to watch my video with audio is through the mimo app which is not useful for me as my plan is to shoot and edit footage. Can somebody please tell me why this is happening and what I can do to fix it

Hello there Andre Bramble. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Have you tried using a different recommended mobile device to see if the issue will persist? Upon checking the said mobile device ( Samsung Galaxy S21 ) that your are trying to use on your DJI OM 4. I am sorry to say that the said mobile device is not recommended for the said gimbal. DJI suggests using a recommended mobile device for the DJI OM 4 for compatibility and reliability purposes. There is a possibility that the Samsung Galaxy S21 will be able to work on the DJI OM 4 and with the DJI Mimo application. But however, since it's not yet optimized with the said gimbal and with the said application we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Mimo application while using it on the DJI OM 4.
