I've had my phantom connected to my laptop, found the latest firmware update and proceeded to start the update.  However, after hitting 99% i get an error message every time.  Can anyone give some assistance on this?

Hi Stephen,

I was able to download dji assistant from the link given.  However, i got the same error message.

Is there a step by step tutorial i can follow.  My drone does not capture any images after i had attempted the firmware update while my phone was connected to the controller.
