Hello everyone!

I know that Mavic Air 2 have more vertical angles to look up, and i was wondering, why i can capture this max angle while doing 360 photo for capture a nice skies above me?

On image example when you do a 360 sphere panorama its capture angle like in A, but if DJI can update software, Mavic Air 2 will be able to capture even more sky above you.

Any chanse to get this feature in near future?
Thanks

I would expect that as you approach the angle in B you are approaching the gimbal stop and in gusty situations you might do damage to the gimbal.  You wouldn't have any ability for the gimbal to absorb the up and down movement caused by wind gusts.

You can get +24 degrees by enabling "Allow Upward Gimbal Rotation". From the MA2 User Manual -
Gimbal ProfileThe 3-axis gimbal of Mavic Air 2 provides stabilization for the camera, allowing you to capture clear and stable
images and video. The control pan range is -80° to +80° and the control tilt range is -90° to +24°. The default
control tilt range is -90˚ to 0˚, and the tilt range can be extended to -90˚ to +24˚ by enabling “Allow Upward
Gimbal Rotation” in DJI Fly.

yea, i did that, but it do not affect to a 360 panorama photo.
its always doing limited angle due they are using old algorithm from Mavic Air 1 i think.

The sphere panos for me look up at +24 degrees. You're not going to the get the area above this as it needs to be reserved to maintain hover while keeping the camera angle steady. If you have a 20 knot wind coming from directly ahead, the aircraft will have to maintain a forward tilt just to maintain the hovering position and will have to alter the tilt as the aircraft turns a complete circle.
