The abrupt movements really kill the video.

It's an incongruous piece of junk.
Why did he bother to post it at all?
Probably got excited to think the woman was waving at him?

The footage is amazing, but you can make it better by reducing the speed of the gimbal movement (I keep forgetting what its called when the gimbal moves up and down - is it pitch, yaw or what?)

Your video is beautiful. It just needs a little more composure. There are many cinematic tutorials on Youtube that are great. Just a few things that have helped me. Search for "advanced gimbal settings" tutorial, Also video in "Cine mode", this slows every movement. One of the best tips is to plan your video in advance.

I didn't know anyone would wave or them being there already, it wasn't supposed to be a "movie".  I was just wandering for fun.  Everything was completely accidental.  99.9% of the footage I was doing over 3 batteries were looking forward.  I was in Normal mode.  Next time I will try to make a "movie" looking down but I gave up making "movies" because no one really watches anymore and it takes a lot of work, but according to these comments it's inspiring to do it again.

Come on people... This is a public beach, and she probably couldn't make out her own face on that video.

Indeed but only if you make sure it's 100% clear where you are flying.  It's also hard to tell what is coming up in the future unless you have some sort of visual ground refence to follow lol

Hope you know her?  Here in the states, you do NOT need what they call a "Models Release," IF it is in the public view, however it is a
good rule of thumb to blur it somewhat, just to play it safe, and keep the not so nice folks away.    I just recorded a video of a fellow flying
his Helicopter a little ways away from my Mini-2, and IF he is a member of the same club as me, I am going to copy it to DVD and give it to him.
But, if I post it here it will be blurred.  He did not realize I was recording as he flew his helicopter.

oh yes, this is how I learn and it sucks All the time.  It would be nice if there was a way to Always learn from other people's mistakes like we've learned it the hard way too and survived w/o retaining issues.

I used to be epic good at flying in 3rd person with DIY drones especially when the feed just went all black and I was doing a maneuver.  Now, if I were to do it again I don't think I can.
