No idea what the heck is wrong with DJI, but I've been trying every way possible, support cases, calling, Facebook, nothing seems to get through to them, or the support team can't do anything.

I have a pending referral credit of 100.72$ from a Phantom 3 Pro referral link sale.  My customer has had the quadcopter for 2 months, yet I haven't got the referral cash, still pending.

Anyone else have this issue?  Who in the hell do you contact at DJI?  I feel like I'm going crazy here.

Figure - not worth my time. Will not give dji  ANYTHING more -

Same problem here.



Have mailed the Europe support about it, and they said they have forwarded it to the "online sales department".
Only been five days since that response, though


And oddly enough, my order has not completed ...
(I received it 3 weeks ago)

You need to create a friendship.
This is done by first Tapping on the members picture, then again from the second page.
You will see a small window +Add Friend
Now you will have PM ability,
Yes,  but there are different levels of forum membership, linked to how many posts or threads you have written in.
So I can't be sure of your level. Do you know yours? Or the other members too...
