Hi!

When I attach fpv battary to power supply it constantly blinking, and not charging.

All 4 leds are blinking

Hi there, may we know if the battery can use or charge normally?  It might be the battery has been over-discharged. If it couldn't use normally, we may suggest you send it back for a detailed inspection. Thanks for your response.

No, can't charge or use normally. Please provide shipment address (closest to Israel). I will send it back for an inspection. Can you provide me a ticket for it?

Hi there, you can start a case through the link below and send the battery in for diagnosis if it's under the warranty. http://www.dji.com/support After applying, you will receive an email with the shipping label.
