I just received my new Mavic 2 pro and am trying to set it up. I am stuck at step 4 where it asks you to turn on your remote to link it to the aircraft. When I turn on the remote, nothing happens and the link button is greyed out. I can't press anything and nothing happens. Everything is on.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Can you please try to re-link the aircraft to the remote controller and check if the issue persists? You may refer to the tutorial link below. If it does the same issue after relinking, kindly please download the DJI Assistant 2 software on your computer and update the firmware of both aircraft and the remote controller then do the re-linking again.
