Hi there,

I'm new to filming, I've used to film my motorcycle travels, but only as something to remember in the future, never though much about composition, post processing and things like that, just press and roll.
Now I'm trying to do something different, something more pleasant to see. Here's a sample from a novice about Ponte de Lima in Portugal.

Hi, Ricardo, if you are really a novice, you started strong, really strong with masking and all. Even composition is good in most cases (to my taste, but I am no expert).
Overall, I like what you did with your video. You definetly have skill.
As of corrections, I am also keen on trasitions, and I generally do transitions with two different clips that have the same direction in camera or at least not the opposite. Of course, in certain cases (and tastes, it might still work without the same direction). Also, the speedramps, I would do less of them and when I did them, much much faster. But it might just be a question of style or taste.

Thank you very much for your kind words. I have a few years of experience in photography, probably that helped a little. Yes, I saw that mistake in transitions as well, I should thought about it more when I was shooting, not in post, I think it feels weird and unnatural in different direction. About the speed ramp, I have slow computer, so I cannot preview the speed ramp, I can only see after rendering.  I cannot tell the percentage of the speed, but I did probably 1000/1500%... Probably should get higher percentage. Thank you for the corrections, it helps on learning.
