It was interesting he called out what VLOS is,  we have exactly that rule here but its commonly mis understood.

personally i find the arc v strobes to be a bit too big for the mini drones.  not from a weigh perspective but from attaching....

I have an ARC 2, very tiny and FAA approved for 3 mile visibility. I do believe the ARC 5 will put the Mini 2 over 250 grams where the ARC 2 is only a couple grams.
