After a long  tedious ordeal, I was successful in obtaining a replacement at the agreed apon price.

Although the issue concerning the device losing connection several times within a relatively short distance away, was conveniently swept under the rug. I'm glad that it's over.
This was my first  purchase from DJI and since then I have purchased around over $3ooo.oo in products.

Obviously I like their product, but they are seriously lacking when it comes to treating their customers like their  Livelihood depended upon it.

As far as the "loose lipped trolls" and their negative comments about this topic goes.

You obviously ether have your heads up the company's rectum, or you're just another,  brain dead zombie internet troll.  It would behoove you to crawl back into your holes.

I do appreciate your politeness in this matter but I do question your sincerity. After all during our entire conversations no one has ever really inquired as to the problems or difficulties that occurred during flight.
For instance , you have not even so much as inquired about My satisfaction with the replacement drone.
So, I'll tell you.
It still has the same issues as my first "2ea." mini 2's had.

It will totally shut down the application and restart unexpectedly during flight.

For a newbie, novice, this can be catastrophic....like it was for me.

Now after spending over $1300 in replacements. I have learned how to deal with this failure in your technology.

Any USA company would have sent a new replacement for free.
You can tell me how sorry you are all you want but, actions speak louder than words.

As i have stated previously,  I have had 3 mini 2's and one Air 2S.
Each of the mini's experienced black out and rebooting during flight.  The Air 2S has not.
The only issues I've had with it is that sometimes the gimbal overload s... per. An error message. And it shakes uncontrollably.

I feel like i keep repeating my self and all i get back is apologizes and empty thoughts.
