OSMO 3 stuck in standby mode

Does anyone know the approximate cost to have an OSMO 3 that is stuck in standby mode (full battery indicated on grip icons, app shows red/dead battery, motors will not run for gimbal)? Seems like DJI should offer free repair for this very common defect.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble.

This time kindly follow the steps below:

1. Power off the Osmo
2. Power it back on.
3. Reset the Bluetooth of the unit.
a. Forget connected devices in the Bluetooth settings of your mobile phone.
b. Press and hold the Record button, Trigger, and M button simultaneously for one second to forget the connected device.
4. Power of the Osmo then power it back on.
5. Reconnect to the Bluetooth of the Osmo.
6. If it is still flashing yellow, exit standby mode again.
7. If the issue still persists, you can try to use a different mobile device that is part of our tested and recommended devices in this link to see if the issue is regarding compatibility. https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/ ... _List_en_0526_1.pdf

LOL. Yeah you guys must not read anything that is posted. NONE of those suggestions work or fix anything. DJI sells a junk product and doesn't support it. A known issue/failure and all they can say is send it in so you can pay us to fix the junk product. Think I'm wrong? Prove it otherwise. So far all you guys say if send it in and pay to have a know issue fixed. Prove me otherwise....
