Hi all.
My new Air2s won't take the memory card.#
There's no resistance or spring when I push the card in and it just jams.
Anyone else had this issue and can help, please?

You are putting the SD card in the correct way round aren't you? There is a little illustration next to the SD slot to show which way it goes in
