When I transfer media from Mavic to iPhone using DJI Fly App will they be compressed the reduced the quality ? Thanks a lot and have a great day!

It only transfers the JPEG files.

Would be great if they added RAW transfer support

You'll also loose some of the exif information if you do this,  much better to remove the SD card and transfer.  The exception to this is the panos as they are only on your phone.
