Yes Abseiling or rappelling,  depends on the hardware in use I believe. In the old days we used to abseil from trees with a carabiner, these days they have a device that controls the decent in a much safer way.

Good footage... I'm scared of heights... So it gives me the creeps looking at it :-)

I like also, but I admit, sometimes I'm scared... Most of the times when there's people around me, if I'm alone I can do it... I'm I was kid a friend of mine, when I was on a bridge looking down, he had the stupid idea to scared me... And even now when there's people I don't fell safe. But I'm working on trust in that matter.

Yeah sometimes an innocent (or stupid) joke can turn in to a trauma, that is not nice true.
