I had issues with one of our Inspire 2 platforms where one of the legs were slightly loose. In the past I had this issue and sent it to get serviced and it was quickly fixed with no issue. This time was much different. I sent in the frame to the DJI to get it serviced and recieved the message that the full airframe and module needs replaced. There is no explanation or anything other than three photos of the nose of the Inspire that has nothing to do with the issue I was having. This frame is a year old and has never been crashed or any other issues. My case number CAS-6695875-T4B2T0. Can someone from DJI make this right?
