I spent the past 3 hours freaking out, thinking that my Mavic Air 2 just decided to die. It would not connect, pair etc.... I'll admit, I had given up and was getting ready to go to bed when I remebered I had an update for my Iwatch. In order to do that up date I needed to do an update on my phone as well ( Ipohne 12 pro max ) while waiting for my Phone to finish the update I relized both the controller and drone were acting right respectivlly, how the bridge between them (Phone) was not up to par. Sure enough after the update I poped the phone it to the controller, did every thing your supposed to and BAM every thing is opperational ! hope this help in any way dont freak out like me. Consider all options

Had the same issue with the M2P and the fix was just to reboot the phone.

Sometimes a simple reboot of phone will work.  Good idea to keep OS updated.
