Hey, guys!

I work for a commerical construction company and fly a Mavic 2 Pro at our jobsites. Years ago, a coworker was flying our P3 and the concrete pump truck's controller took over the drone and it crashed. So, we haven't flown during concrete pumping since. We have since gone through a Phantom 4 and now a Mavic 2 Pro. I can't find any info online that suggests that the drone's signal can be intercepted by the pump controller. Is this possible? I would really like to fly during our concrete pours for documentation purposes. I attached the specs for a concrete pump controller.

Thanks!

You might be getting some interference on the 2.4ghz band but that would take control of the drone, if anything it would disconnect and do a RTH.

Hello there. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. When taking off from concrete surface, please take time to check you compass arrow is pointing on the right heading. In addition the said DJI drone might have picked up magnetic interference on the ground, and you took off from close to a buildings with rebar concrete metal objects on it that is why the said DJI drone had that incident. Thank you.
