Try running the gimbal calibration and see if that helps.

Does it tilt up and down easily by hand when the power is off? If not, there may be some particles of debris (sand?) in a bearing at the sides.

Steven, I am very sorry to have to inform you, but unfortunately the said drone has sustained too much damage and cannot be saved. I am afraid it will never fly again.
