learning today that the rsc 2 requires an extra accessory which costs over 150$ in order to track objects AFTER opening the box (restocking fee from be$t-buy AGAIN) was horrible

Hi there, I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. For using ActiveTrack, RavenEye is suggested.
May I know which camera do you use? If you are using Panasonic LUMIX S1, S1H, S1R, or S5, ActiveTrack can be supported without using the RavenEye with the latest firmware of RS 2.
