So I had been looking for ways to transfer media from my Mavic Mini II to my iPhone/Mac, I found the app called "DJI ASSISTANT 2 (Consumers Drone)". This app didn't help me transfer any data at all but leave me waiting for hours and the drone kept heating up. After hundreds of attempts the app just kept failing geez.. But minutes later I tried to download my media via QuickTransfer, then I CANNOT download from this way or even plug my phone to the controller. The Download button just suddenly disappear made me wondered what was going on. Can you guys help me out with this ? Thanks a lot guys!

Usually when I select my videos I can press download, why after using the low quality DJI Assistant App my Mavic Mini had this issue even though I have turned it on n off many times. Explain plz

Icon in the top right,  then select the three dots and then you can save video from.
