Another BUG at Air 2S identified today (I have seen it a few times, but today was confirmed):

When is selected POI and you start the automatic rotation around POI (to left or to right, no matter), sometime the drone is starting the rotation but after a few seconds is not describing a circle around POI selected but goes DIRECTLY TO POI !!!!! Straight to POI !!!!

Is very dangerous as you can make accidents...imagine you want to rotate around a person and the drone instead of circling around goes directly onto that person !

SC: Updated to last FW available until today
Altitude - around 65 meters altitude
Distance to selected POI: around 60 meters, after selection, when motion started, was changed the POI square into GPS coordinate POI, as normal.
Atm conditions: 3 hours after sunrise, perfect visibility, no clouds, no wind.

Also a bonus: The drone refused to land after all footage was made by keeping the stick Down maximum, was just saying that minimum altitude was reached....what the hell? I had to land with the LANDING BUTTON, as the drone refused to land from Up-Down stick on SC !!!... No issues with the land, was used for landing a street in perfect condition without any reflections or shapes....Also no message that surface landing is a problem, as the auto-landing from Landing Button was made perfectly...
So....This is BUG no. 2 as bonus !!!

In AT POI craft should not ever lower or go higher, so as long as you are above subject your in no danger of hitting it.
If you craft is changing altitude in AT POI then there is something wrong , not a bug. You also need to be relatively accurate drawing your green box central to the POI and POI Has good definition. Using AT is also a skill than can be set up better the more you use it.

2/ maybe sensors are dirty or need calibration, easier if you post log.

This is because that you're still in tracking mode. All tracking modes that you draw a rectangle with, forbids landing, because the drone is still in autonomous mode. You have to cancel tracking first by remove the track point before landing, which gives full control back to user.

POI needs your rectangle to be accurate. It can recognize a few types of objects like man, vehicle, boat... with an icon showing the type of target it recognized.

So, when it has recognized the type of target, it has the ability of visual tracking normally.

If it can't recognize the target, it would use GPS coordinate instead and drop visual tracking, and now it simply tracks a gps coordinate that it made for the target at the beginning.

The drone uses parallax to determine the coordinate of that target, which means it can be off from time to time. This means that if you're in a distance of your target, you'd better be drawing a small rectangle on it accurately.

Thanks but:
1. Sensors were clean, we have a fleet and we care about it because is our job also.
2. Landing was attempted without any tracking, you cannot even control the drone properly if you have tracking active....so is not this....at that point the drone just had an issue and refused the Landing from joystick (or ignored it, as Up-Down was working OK).
3. POI was recognized and also GPS sign appeared as soon as started to describe the circle around POI. The target was at around 60 m away, the angle of filming was around 30-40 degrees down (so was not a strong but a soft angle, easy to manage)...was not a man or a car, just a building.... The strange thing was that the drone stopped after a few seconds the circle movement and started to move directly to POI GPS sign, lowering the altitude fast....It was seen this behavior a few times, when using GPS coordinates for POI. I strongly believe is a glitch in the programming, but will get the log from drone and upload it.

Had not time to download the Log, also the SC was returned to dealer for full refund as is not working as specifications (Custom mode sticks in FLY = disaster)...
Still, I have replicated the error on RC and will try next days to download the Log from that particular video.

Same thing, the drone is starting to move around POI then suddenly is changing rotation with a straight line towards POI, descending to it... Have not found yet the reason....This happens mostly when you put the drone to rotate around POI at max Speed....

I believed like what other's has said, without the log. We can't consider it as a bug.

Anyone could say anything until the log is being provided for investigation.
