Hello Everyone,

I have always connected to the drone via the controller with no issues. Recently I connected the drone to the phone wirelessly as the controller had no battery. Now as I'm attempting to reconnect the controller I am unable to reconnect the controller to the drone. I am only able to connect the drone through the app but unable to reconnect with the controller. Can someone help me out on what could be causing this and how to resolve it.

May we know what is the model of the mobile device that you are using please and can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go 4 application.
