I have not been able to contact LA on the phone to get a ticket for my battery. I have been traveling and emailed Ed to let him know. So far, I have not seen a reply to my email either. here is a link to some of the posted information regarding the one TB47 pack:

It never a stupid question.  We are beta testing some new improvements again right now, but the new 2.0 version is for sale.

Never got anywhere with this. I know Ed is busy, but the DJI support has not even replied to my emails again for weeks.

I am about ready to throw it out and call it a $150 lesson.  10 flights and don't trust it at all.

Its okay Dave. I was hoping that the support guys would take the lead. I sent them my invoice form the DJI website and followed up two more times. Then I blind copied Ed just so he could see the response.

Thats good. It really is a support thing. They are the ones that should take care of you but Ed can help if he has time. I am hoping he does.

I guess once concern about using Autoflight is this.  I know that I have to keep my DJI Go in sync with my firmware updates and vice a versa.  Does the Autoflight warn you that there is an update out there?  Is there any exposure to running Autoflight and being back versioned on the Inspire 1?  This could spell disaster otherwise wouldn't it?

During the beta testing it would warn you if the firmware was out of date. Now they just released 2.1 and I was testing the new version using the latest firmware ... so I do not know for sure. I would venture to say that it would be the same and flag firmware changes.

PS: you need to use the DJI app for most setting changes and the AutoFlight app flying anyway. DJI would let you know first if there was a problem.

The warranty was denied do to age (6 months). Ed could not override this issue. But I appreciate the help.

No problem. We are testing the latest version of this App again, V2.2.51 and they continue to improve and add new controls. Hopefully the Inspire 1 community can help support these guys by purchasing the App once it becomes available. I really like the fact that you can only add the features you want to use and you don't have to buy everything all at once.
