I have a Note 9. I do like the functions of the OM4 but I cannot get it to calibrate. Whenever it has to move from portrait to landscape, it seems too weak to move the phone. I have rebalanced the phone many, many times with the same results. I know the Note 9 is a heavy phone but it is listed as compatible. When it calibrating, if I help it move the phone slightly, the calibration will finish. This doesn't seem right. The motors seem very weak.
Any suggestions?

No case on the note 9 and also no extra lenses or anything. It's just the phone. Is it possible I got an OM4 with weak motors?
