Hello, I have had my Ronin SC for a little over a month now, it has been amazing for me! Just recently I have noticed my footage get pretty shaky even when I have it sitting on a steady flat surface. Upon further investigation I realized that the top section of my battery pack is loose and is causing the shaky footage. I'm not sure what I should do to correct the problem or if anyone else has been having this issue as well. I will attach 2 videos showing what is happening with the battery pack. Hi landenb12345, sorry for the issue you experienced. There are some screws in the grip. Please try to use a cross screwdriver to tighten the screw. If the issue persists, you may send the gimbal back for further assistance. https://repair.dji.com/repair/index
