Hi there, I am new to this and need some help please. Initially when I used active track on simply myself it worked perfectly, however it was not the case when there was a group of people around 10, I was unable to select although the green indicators came up on various individuals I was unable to select the very front person and I don't know why. If anyone can help that would be great, I am assuming I was just too far away maybe, however I don't know because it was like 2-3 meters away from the person at the front. Thanks in advance. I don't even know if this is the right place to post such a question.

Hi Stephen thanks for the quick reply, and the model I am using is a Mavic 2 Zoom and the mobile device is IPhone X.
