The drone is new. Updated with the latest firmware (also controller and battery)
When the compass is normal it flies perfectly.
But when it asks for calibration it is impossible to achieve it.
I have already tried it in several locations.
It is my fifth drone, third Air 2 (first 2s). I did not have this problem with the others ones.

Stop trying to 'calibrate' the compass, it is not necessary. Just fly without doing the calibration. It will not fly any better even if you manage to 'calibrate' it.

I understand. The problem is when it gives a compass error and asks for calibration. The drone does not fly.
I could not calibrate successfully even once.
I already contacted the support team.

how does other drones perform in the same location?

Fui a lugar aberto e com um Especialista . No primeiro giro 360 foi Bom. o restante o App pede para repetir. Posso voar mesmo assim? ele Liga e parece estável.

Are you trying to calibrate the drone while you are near obstacles or anything metal?  Last December I was doing a real estate drone shoot, and couldn't calibrate.  I moved to another area and it calibrated fine.

Not enough information to know what problem is.

a) You may not be doing compass calibration correctly.  In past, DJI's compass calibration directions were not clear, and as a result some people would not do calibration correctly.  There are also numerous suggested methods, with only a couple methods which will work properly.  

b) You have something you always carry which has very strong magnetic field.  Ferrous metal ring or maybe a medical metal implant in your hand.   I believe one DJI forum member reported a buried old metal flatbed trailer causing compass calibration problems.

c) Your new drone is defective from factory.  (Been there with a Mavic which would almost always require a compass calibration on first flight of day, even from same previous takeoff  location, and nothing nearby causing magnetic interference.)

It could be that you have Magnetism in your Compass. You have to send it to someone who knows about it and fix it.
