Ok so for some reason on the dji fly app when i try to create a video it will not download any template just says failed on all of them , ive tried restarting the app and ive even signed out and in again great internet connection so im at a loss .....

May we know what is the model of the mobile device that you are using please and can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Fly application for us to be able to see if the issue will still persist?
