I'm hoping for a little help here from some of the more experienced members of the forum.  I'm trying to download/view my flight logs from my Air 2S running the latest firmware (V02.04.2040) on my Mac running the latest version of Big Sur (V11.5.1).  Unfortunately when I attempt to use the "Log Export" function of the DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drone Series) V2.1.5, I get the following error message: "Failed to get log list. Retry".  I've retried multiple times with no luck, I just receive the same error message over and over again.

Are there any suggestions as to how I may be able to resolve this error, or alternatively is it possible to somehow download/view the flight logs from the Smart Controller using my Mac?  Any help here would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

This is easy if you use the DJI Fly app on your phone, but I'm not sure how you'd do it with the smart controller. Does it appear as a volume when you connect it (the smart controller) to your computer? If so, look around for the Flight Records folder in it.

The logs are encrypted so even when you copy them off they dont help much.  I sync my logs to a free airdate account to view them,   they have an app for the smart controller to do that - https://app.airdata.com/sync-app-crystalsky

Use the AirData app is an easier way! Or you can use Phantom Help.

Using the desktop application is a pain in the ass. Strongly don't suggest that.

Thank you for the heads up on Airdata.  I'm travelling at the moment but I'll check it out when I get home.

Thank you for the suggestion on using the app.  Just to be sure, is this the one you are referring to:  https://app.airdata.com/app

yes. use that app to sync flight logs. the flight log exported from the drone itself should only be used to recover flight data from a catastrophic failure with connection gone.

Or you can just use the plain website if you don't want to use an app - https://airdata.com
