Motors in my Mavic Mini slightly creak when I twist them with my fingers, is it normal? I have used the drone for 3 weeks.
Second question, right stick in controller is more loosened. Should I worry about it? Can I fixed it some way?

I don't think they should "creak" but make sure you are not moving the propellers while twisting the motor hub because they will make a small noise when rotating on their shafts in the hub. If you are not sure, remove the propellers and try again.
