Hi folks, my mate has a battery thats flashing all four lights, that's all it will do, is there a process to snapping it out of its trance? He says pressing the button makes no difference, when in the charger it just flashes like in the video. .

I can't find anything about all 4 flashing at once, only about what each single led means

Ah, I see it in the notes, it means it's damaged

Not even flown the thing yet and I have to upload videos try this try that

Yeah, thats where he got his from, amazon already replaced his 1st one due to the battery door being very difficult to close, hes gonna open a ticket with DJI this time

I have the exact same issue and DJI won't help. They don't mind taking your money but after purchase service is non existent. I honestly would have never bought from them if I knew this is how they did business. I purchased the fly more combo. Battery that was installed in the drone would only flash 4 lights( damaged). They should not be shipping it installed in the drone as they have no idea how long it will sit on a shelf before purchase. So I'm out a battery but DJI has my money. This company is a scam and rip off business. I even purchased the refresh care package which I have also found out is a con. DJI is a horrible company. Like most big companies anymore .purchased off of Amazon canada

The battery has a latched permanent failure. It can be removed, but requires professional knowledge, software and a signal converter. This is a topic for an advanced electronics specialist.

I had the same problem. Had my drone sitting in a closet for 6 months, and pulled it out to fly. Tried to charge and got four blinking LED lights. And I hardly used it. After an exhaustive chat with dji (live chats are lame), they said my batteries are out of warranty and I need to buy new ones. Blurg.

I learned that batteries don't like to sit for more than 3 months without charging again... Good to know. What that was made clear by DJI in the instructions beyond what might be tiny print.

I have recently bought the the DJI mini 2 combo. 1 out of the 3 batteries will not charge. I’ve seen an advice video advising me to place the battery in the drone and charge it directly. When I do this all four LED’s flash on and off. I’m looking for some advice. Kind regards

I have exactly the same issue? 1 of my 3 batteries just flashes the 4 lights when plugged into the charger or directly charging in the Mini 2. Any updates here? Thanks.

Same issue here, I purchased a DJI MINI 2 + Fly More Combo in mid 2021, and now 2 out of 3 batteries have this issue.. I actually never used them. I guess there are no other solution than buy new ones.. isn't it ?

Sadly yes as they are out of warranty now, luckily they aren't expensive when compared to other DJI products

I bought a mini 2 through Amazon but the remote arrived faulty. DJI live chat said to send it to them but the return address form scrambled my name and address. In the next live chat I was told to send it back to Amazon not DJI. So back to Amazon it went and new one arrived yesterday.
Remote works but one of the batteries is bricked so back to Amazon, again. On a side bar I bought a DJI Osmo Action 3 but instead of focusing at 30cm it was more like 60cm. Back it went to Amazon.
Seems to me DJI has a real problem with quality control and their customer service is inconsistent, at least here Europe.

The flashing 4 lights can mean its damage, can also mean its overheating. When I just done flying it will blink all lights and will not charge. I wait an hour and charge it. Now everything is fine. Could try waiting and try again. If it is damage, just buy a new one on ebay. They cost like less than $30. Really cheap vs bigger bro mavic 3 batteries at $209 lol.

I have the very same problem 2 outta 3 work great the 3rd one only flashes all 4 at once... not one after the other all 4 must be too low no good

Thats good to know about the over heating issue but mine has never been flown so i know that isn't my issue

Im in the exact same boat... i just sent them a picture of the serial number on the battery waiting for a response 2 outta the 3 are perfect but the one in the drone no go.. Canada aswell and fly more package... ps i didnt get the cords either

So I'm in the same boat I got the dji mini 2 + fly more combo... only 2 outta 3 battery will work the 3rd just flashing all 4 at once... the worse part is I didnt get any of the cords not the one in the remote to go to the phone nothing...  the one on the far right only flashes all 4 3 times in a row them off then repeating itself

I opened a case with DJI, sent the battery to them, and they will repair it (i assume replace it) free of charge
