using mavic 2 pro/smart controller

hi everyone.

was trying for a fly today but i kept getting this error message-
the remaining battery is only enough for RTH.

i was using two batteries that were fully charged.


any help will be appreciated.

Hi, we're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please try to download the DJI Assistant 2 software on your PC or Mac and kindly please try to update/refresh the firmware of the aircraft with the said battery install on the unit and check if the issue persists? You may refer to the link below for you to download the said software. Thank you!

i downloaded from the link you sent me and it is still the same. at the end of the download it showed a message "battery update error". i have another mavic 2 pro and that works perfect when i linked it to the smart controller.

You might get that error if you don't have a GPS fix and it doesn't know where it is. Similar issue when no GPS fix and it says maximum altitude limit reached just after take off, when it is just 2m above the ground.
