Hi,
After having my Phantom 3 Professional sitting for awhile due to moving and pandemic, today I went ahead and upgraded to firmware 1.11.20 and ran the upgrade on all four batteries and now I am getting an ESC error when trying to start. I have tried switching to different batteries and still get the same error. The DJI app on my ipad version is 3.1.68, aircraft 1.11.20, remote controller 1.9.2. Can someone please help me with this error.

Was the drone working before?

It was working prior to the upgrade.

Oh dear, when will we learn. If it isn't broke, don't fix it!!!

Hi there. We're deeply sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please confirm if the drone experiences a hard landing before? Kindly please try to calibrate the IMU to see if there would be some changes. Please keep us posted. Thank you!

Hi,
The drone has not had any hard landings or crashes. It’s has not been used in two years. I updated all the firmware on the drone and batteries. After that is would not start. I am getting the ESC error. I have try calibrating the compass and still nothing. Your help is greatly appreciate.

I have not heard back from DJI so I don’t have the fix yet.
