Headed to take your survey now.  I had issues with V1.4.8 on my Samsung mobile device so went back to V1.4.4 and have zero issues now.

Captain, That is what I see the Older Snapdragon processor devices seem to lock up on 1.4.8.
Previously the Exynos processor devices had problems with issues, so I wonder if it has now flipped?
For whatever reason the Samsung S20 & 21 seem OK, but I think they are using a beta version?

I am using a Samsung S20fe 5G asian version with snapdragon processor. Never had problem with the 1.4.8 (1120) version.
Not on beta software.
