This happened twice on our up north trip.  Drone is set for DNG and it shot jpegs for entire shoot.  Drone shot DNG for several subsequent shoots. First time images turned out ok but the second time all images were blurry.  Any ideas?

Scratching my head.  full image attached as shot & not worked.

Since it was shot at a high shutter speed, I'd say that it's blurry because it was not focussed properly, rather than motion blur.
The image is 3840×2160 which is not a stills format for your drone.
That's a video format, probably a frame grab from video.
It also doesn't have a normal DJI filename which would be something like DJI_0386.JPG.
Where did you get the image from?
Was it direct from the SD card or somewhere else?
Has it shot dng files properly before?
What program would you be using to open dng files (if you could find them)?

Lens is a fixed focus lens.

Image size is the result of it being processed from DNG and compressed?

Doubt it was a frame grab from video.........but then who knows.  That is a possibility.  But then again there were no videos when I downloaded directly from the SD card.  I will pay closer attention in the future.

You gave me some thoughts to check further.  Thanks

Lens is a fixed focus lens.
You indicated that you shot this with a Phantom 4 pro and the image metadata confirms it was.
FYI the P4 pro does not have a fixed focus lens.
I'm still suggesting that the image wasn't focussed properly.

I did not know that the camera has Focus capability. It does look like it is slightly out of focus but them how could that happen?

Just a guess, but if you didn't know the camera has focusing, I'd say that you didn't focus it properly.
You need to press the shutter button gently and half-way down it will focus, press further and it takes the picture.

There's still the issue of where your still images are (or if you shot any).
The 3840×2160 image you posted is not a still from the camera.

It might be a good idea to do some desktop test shooting to become more familiar with the camera nad it's controls.

It all makes sense now. Will follow your suggestions.
