I'll appreciate knowing how to fix this problem - it's not major but it's pain

Suddenly and for no apparent reason the back button doesn't work.  Everything else is fine and, while in a side wheel menu, I can change modes - press the button and it scrolls through the modes.  But when I press the back button to exit the current screen, nothing happens.  I've tried resetting and holding the button for a long time.  Nothing works other than powering the gimbal off.  There's no problem entering the side wheel menu or scrolling through and executing commands.  It's just the back button doesn't work
