Hello all,

My base station will not turn off. When I put a fresh battery in, it just starts up. The power button will not respond.  I just did an update this evening and still no change.

Any advice? Cant seem to find anything on google.

I bought my second P4RTK this spring (crashed the first one lol).

I'm hoping to use this same base station with my M300, assuming I find a way to make it operate properly.

Hi there. For D-RTK might not support Phantom 4 RTK or M300. May I know if you are using D-RTK2 instead? If you are using D-RTK 2, please make sure you are using the right mode, please check and reference the operating mode as in the picture here.

If the power button does not respond (won't turn off), the contacts are probably shorted inside the poppet-button and would need physical repair. Sounds like your battery just became the power button :p

Was there any solution to this, brand new out of the box and cannot turn off the D-RTK2 using the power switch? only by pulling out the battery.
