Hi,

since I moved country I'll loose my old email address used to register my account when buying my first drone.

I could create a new account, but then I loose all information build up thru the years and back to "beginner" status on the forum. Is there a way to change my email-address on my account without loosing all of those ?

hi Thor,

I can access my old email address in Belgium for a couple of months. After that it will be cut of.

The reason is that I moved permanently from Belgium to Malaysia with my Malaysian wife.

old address: JohnDG@telenet.be
new address: blenchi88@gmail.com

Main thing is the rest should be untouched.
I changed already my location to Malaysia in my profile. But after a couple of months I will lose the .be address.

it seemed I already tried to create another account with the gmail address. That account was never used.
I changed it with my yahoo mail address. All went succesfull.

One question however:
I am using a Mavic 2 pro with an SC and also a DJI Mini 2.
Both devices are bound correctly to my new ymail-address. I can login in the DJI Forum with my new email address.
But on the Fly app, my profile says account: johndg@telenet.be althou when I check the binding of the craft, it gives me the right ymail-address. Is that correct ?

I have the same problem trying to log into my DJI Go app to use my OSMO with a different phone. I went thru the password reset option, but recieved an email in chinese writing
