mobile charging station last led flashing twice

I recently bought secondhand a Mobile charging Station for my spark Led 4 is flashing twice which according to the manual means it is not up to temperature but it keeps doing it even after an hour or so on external power. If it's connected to the PC with a USB cable the leds show as they should i.e. Press then long press to switch on but go out as soon as you let go.
If I have the drone in or both batteries the leds at the back work but the front ones don't, It does not want to charge the main unit.
Is there any way to fix this?

The latest update I let the drone with a battery in drain down to 40% put the drone in the Charging station drone charged up and led 1 is flashing has been now for over an hour, Could this mean the internal battery is knackered?

I would recommend for you to contact the reseller or you may also contact our DJI Support team at https://www.dji.com/support for further assistance and to see if the said charging station is still under warranty.
