Do your self a favor buy American Autel is a great product and they are not being investigated for stealing information.

Maybe if anyone did there job it would not take weeks on end to get something accomplished. The fact that in 3 weeks you are still attempting to coordinate with the appropriate department tells me that department dose not exist which means that yiu are lieing to simply bide time hoping i let it go. If you have no intention of helping your customers after they spend thousands of dollars with your company thats fine just be honest about it.

The investigation result of your case had been sent to you via email on Aug 06, could you please check it?
The courier company reported that the package was successfully delivered on 5th Aug 2021 without any logistic exception, so the claim had been rejected. At the same time, you have activated the Air 2S on 6th Aug 2021, right after the day you received the drone.
Should there be any other concerns, please feel free to reply back the email, we'll keep following up on it. Thanks.
