Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Fly app on your mobile device to see if the issue persists? Please note that you can choose between Auto and Manual mode when in photo mode. In Manual mode, shutter and ISO can be set, in Auto mode, AE lock and EV can be set. Please keep us posted.
