After the last firmware update on my mavic air 2, (drone and controller) the drone seems to operate normally then after a few minutes of flying, on my way to return home, controls were not responding anymore, video link was on and off and finally it crashed into a nearby lake. This lake is 130 feet deep. Note, I did not fly it over that lake it did it by itself.
I guess DJI assume no resposabilities with this behavior.

I have had similar experiences twice. The controls stopped working. Both times I managed to regain control by switching between flight modes (tripod/normal/sport). This switching made the control levers work again immediately.
