Recently bought a second hand Phantom 4 pro after losing my original Phantom 4.
Everything works OK except the recorded picture in video and stills is not quite in focus. Auto and manual focus the same.
I have tried every possible set up variation, upgraded firmwares,etc but the pictures resolutions are poor compared to my old Phantom 4

What's visible in the samples you posted doesn't show any problem with focus.
However I can't tell much because you haven't posted full-size original images.
All the images you posted are only 1500 x 844 pixels.

The actual images from the camera should be 5472 x 3648.
You areprobably  looking at tiny cached images.
Look at the real images that are recorded on your SD card.

Thank you for your reply. I have viewed my video pictures on a large 4K Television reading directly from the card.
I will shoot some more video and still pictures after checking all the settings.

Something's not right.
There's no way to set the camera to shoot 1500 x 844.
And the real images from the camera would have file names like: DJI_0824.JPG

Viewing such small images on a 4K TV is the reason they appear to be out of focus.

This shows where to look on the card to find the real images.

Thank you. The files on my card are as you say above.
I had happily  used my older Phantom 4 for several years but the images from my replacement Phantom 4 Pro (about 4 years old) don't appear as good as my old one.
The down sized images 1500 x 844 I think was caused when I uploaded them using the "picture" icon here in this forum.
I will have a chance to use the drone next week and will let you know how it goes.

I have now used my replacement Phantom 4 Pro over a few days and then compared the images to my original Phantom 4 Advanced.
I am happy to say that video and still pictures are better than I first thought and a little better than my last Phantom, which amazed me when I got it.
I think I may have been expecting too much from the Phantom 4 Pro.
