Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. You can simply install the DJI Go app on your mobile device and set up your own account on the app and once you fly the unit, it will generate new flight records under your account. Please note that we don't have the option to reset the information that was being stored on your serial number such as activation date, etc. Please don't hesitate to reach us if you have other inquiries.
