I have a Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual. The software Thermal Analysis 2.0 gives two errors. Unsupported camera model and Failed to calculate the original environmental variable correction factor.

  

I also downloaded FLIR Tool and it too would load the thermals but could not pull any meta data from the file.

  

Is there a fix, workaround, or other software? Would like to learn.
